I’m a trauma-informed somatic therapist, sex educator, sexologist, yoga teacher & sound bath facilitator based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I help guide people towards feeling at home in the body & mind, reclaiming the sense of self, building true self-intimacy & self-worth, navigating life on the terms wanted, while gently processing stress & attachment wounds in the process.
