Hi! I’m Winona.

I’m a somatic therapist, sexologist & sex educator, doula, yoga teacher & sound bath facilitator based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I help guide people towards feeling at home in the body & mind, reclaiming the sense of self, building true self-intimacy & self-worth, navigating life on the terms wanted, while gently processing mental, emotional & relational wounding in the process.

Modalities I use include psychomotor therapy, somatic coaching, embodiment, sexological coaching & education, yoga, breathwork, meditation + more.
