I teach trauma-informed yoga in various styles - vinyasa, hatha, yin, pre & post-natal - for people of all ages & abilities.

Yoga for Schools

As a yoga teacher & educator in schools - I not only have experience working with kids - both younger & older & of various abilities - I’ve also been teaching yoga for kids & youth specifically & use my experience to provide the best experience for the kids in class.
