Somatic Integration is a powerful process of healing and integrating what feels stuck or overwhelming in the body & mind.
The Approach:
Through somatic practices & using various modalities, like parts work, embodiment practices, and talk-based therapeutic interventions — we work directly with the body to process & re-wire what hasn’t yet been resolved — creating the safety needed to release long-held tension, process unresolved emotions, and regain agency & control over your life. From shadow work and boundary setting to learning how to feel safe in your body, trusting your intuition, and regulate your nervous system, the work is tailored to your unique needs & at the pace your body craves.
Together, we explore what’s present in your body and mind, addressing stress, emotional blockages, and limiting beliefs through the power of somatics. The goal is to help you reconnect with the present, releasing what no longer serves you, and empowering you to live a more regulated, authentic, and fulfilling life.
