SEX ED
SEX ED
The sex & relationship education you wish you’d gotten in school, supplied to you in an age-appropriate & comprehensive manner.
Why do we need Sex Ed?
Sex isn’t dirty. Or shameful. And yet we’re still not taught enough comprehensive, pleasure-focused sex education for us to feel this to be true as we grow older. We grow up lacking productive information & are instead taught by peers word-of-mouth, not-so-educational porn & norms that just aren’t necessarily relevant anymore.
We want sex ed that teaches us how our bodies work, what they’re capable of, how to feel good in them. We want inclusive language around our sexuality & gender so that we can explore & learn of our own accord & have agency in the choices we make & can authentically express who we are. We want to be able to understand ourselves & others better - learning how to communicate, self-regulate & actively choose relationships with others that serve us.
Now really - who doesn’t want that?

Who Am I?
As an accredited sex educator, sexologist & gentle somatic trauma integration coach, I aim to create trauma-informed, dialogue-based educational teaching that is inclusive by nature & comprehensive. I include anti-racism, different-abled body info, LGBT+ & relationship-variety into my teaching in order to help people make informed choices for themselves & question the biases we often are taught.
I currently educate in schools around gender & sexuality via the organisation LGBT+ Danmark & IMCC (International Medical Cooperation Committee) organisation Sexexpressen.
Teaching is available both in Danish & English.
Feel free to check out my about section for more info on my accreditations & trainings.
So what constitutes good sex ed & what do I bring into my lessons?
Everyone, regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation & abilities deserves to be able to make informed choices about how they want to engage in sex & relationships alongside how they can feel the best in their bodies.
Comprehensive sex & relationship education gives people - younger as well as older, accurate & age-&-developmentally-appropriate info about sexuality, sex, reproductive health & relationships - which is critical for everyones health, survival & ability to thrive in today’s society - whether that’s learning about menstruation & puberty for the very first time or re-learning about sex as an adult.
Good sex ed breeds inclusivity & understanding of ourselves & others. It helps ensure people have access to accurate, up-to-date, scientific information. And it helps people be able to advocate for themselves & others in healthy ways - building critical life skills along the way.
Sex & relationship education is a right all people should have accessible to them - as it equips people with the knowledge, skills & attitudes that help them protect their health, establish healthy relationships & interact respectfully in society & prepare for physical & emotional changes as they grow & adapt. Comprehensive sex ed helps people to practice safer sex, make responsible choices, understand & protect the rights of themselves & others - & know where to seek help should they need it - reducing violence, exploitation & abuse through the process.
The sex & relationship education I provide is trauma-informed, LGBT+ inclusive, anti-racist, different ability informed & relationship & kink aware. In short, it is empathetic towards others needs & desires, shame-free & educationally & scientifically up-to-date.
I work in a variety of different ways & cater to what is needed via teaching workshops virtually & in person, at schools or corporate - I also offer 1:1 sessions for people who are 18+. For more info check out this page or scroll down to book in a call or chat via e-mail about your wants & needs.
